بینالمللیسازی کسبوکارهای کوچک و متوسط روستایی: با رویکرد فراترکیب
اهمیت کسبوکارهای روستایی، به خاطر تأثیری که در رشد و ایجاد تنوع در فعالیتهای اقتصادی میگذارد، روزبهروز افزایش پیدا میکند. در این میان رویکردهای جدیدی برای توسعه اقتصاد روستایی و جوامع روستایی شناساییشده است. یکی از این رویکردها، شناسایی فرصتهای ملی و بینالمللی است که منجر به رشد و توسعه کسبوکارهای روستایی شده است. ازاینرو توجه به عوامل مؤثر بر بینالمللیسازی کسبوکارهای روستایی، ضروری و همسو با معانی و افزایش توسعه اقتصادی، صنعتی و ایجاد اشتغال گوناگون در جوامع است. روش پژوهش حاضر برحسب هدف، بنیادی و برحسب روش گردآوری اطلاعات، فراترکیب است. همچنین جامعه آماری، مطالعات مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش در پایگاههای داخلی، اسکو پوس و وب آو ساینس بوده و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مطالعات دادههای ثانوی کتابخانهای است. در فرآیند این تحقیق ابتدا با استفاده از روش فراترکیب، ابعاد و مؤلفههای محتمل مؤثر بر بینالمللیسازی کسبوکارهای روستایی یادشده شناسایی شد. سپس با بهرهگیری ازنظر خبرگان، نتایج حاصل مورد تحلیل و راستی آزمایی قرار گرفت. بر این اساس 110 مقاله مورد تحلیل و بررسی و کدهای آنها استخراج شد. سپس کدهایی که مفهوم مشترک را میرساندند در قالب 24 مفهوم دستهبندیشده و سپس در 7 زمینه اصلی طبقهبندی شدند. از 24 مفهوم، 17 مفهوم در 5 زمینه اصلی عوامل داخلی سازمان؛ سرمایه اجتماعی، ویژگیهای مدیر، کیفیت منابع انسانی، سرمایه مالی، توانمندی استراتژیک سازمانی و 7 مفهوم در 2 زمینه اصلی عوامل محیطی سازمان، فاکتورهای مرتبط با کشور مبدأ، فاکتورهای مرتبط با کشور میزبان طبقهبندیشدهاند.

سنجش و ارزیابی ابعاد مؤثر بر ارتقاء تابآوری جوامع روستایی در مواجهه با خشکسالی (موردمطالعه: شهرستان سبزوار)
افزایش تابآوری مهمترین عامل جهت حفظ انعطافپذیری سیستمهای اجتماعی-زیست محیطی و مقابله با خشکسالی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی و تحلیل شاخصهای مبتنی بر تابآوری جوامع روستایی در مواجهه با خشکسالی در سه روستا با شدتهای متفاوت خشکسالی است. در این راستا ابتدا با استفاده از نقشههای پهنهبندی خشکسالی بر اساس شاخص SPEI در دوره زمانی ده ساله روستاهای موجود در سه زون خشکسالی بسیار شدید، شدید و متوسط شناسایی و از هر زون یک روستا بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب گردید. سپس با استفاده از رویکرد پیمایشی، روش مشاهده مستقیم و بازدید میدانی، کشاورزان بهعنوان جامعه هدف شناسایی گردیده و موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. با توجه مجموع تعداد کشاورزان در سه روستا، طبق فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه به تعداد 105 نفر برآورد گردید. بر اساس پرسشنامههای تابآوری و آزمونهای آماری به ارزیابی ابعاد و شاخصهای مؤثر بر تابآوری پرداخته شد. نتایج مدل اندازهگیری لیزرل بر اساس متغیرهای سطح اول ابعاد سنجش تابآوری نشان داد بیشترین اثرگذاری و اهمیت ابعاد در میزان تابآوری متعلق به بعد زیرساختی و فیزیکی و بعد طبیعی است. ابعاد اقتصادی و مالی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، حکمرانی و مدیریت، انسانی و فردی به ترتیب در رتبه بعدی اهمیت قرار دارند. سنجش میزان ابعاد تابآوری در روستاهای موردمطالعه نشان داد بعد اجتماعی و فرهنگی دارای بیشترین میزان و بعد طبیعی دارای کمترین میزان در روستاهای موردمطالعه در این منطقه هستند. ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ابعاد تأثیرگذار ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺳﻄح ﺗﺎبآوری و انطباقپذیری ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮاﻳط را اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ دﻫﺪ و نقش مؤثری در به حداقل رساندن ضررهای احتمالی در شرایط بحرانی، ایفا نماید. در این راستا، لازم است به تصمیمگیری و تخصیص منابع به کشاورزان منطقه در مواجهه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺨﺎﻃﺮات، توجه ویژهای معطوف شود.

تحلیل مؤلفههای اجتماعی اثرگذار بر تابآوری سکونتگاههای روستایی در مواجهه با سیلاب (موردمطالعه: روستاهای شرق استان گیلان)
تابآوری نقش مهمی در توانمندسازی اجتماعات روستایی در برابر مخاطره سیل دارد. از این رو تابآوری بهعنوان راهبرد مناسب در کاهش آسیبپذیری و مدیریت بحران بلایای طبیعی در کانون توجه بسیاری از کشورها قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال تحلیل مؤلفههای اجتماعی اثرگذار بر تابآوری نواحی روستایی شرق استان گیلان در برابر مخاطره سیل است. هدف تحقیق کاربردی و دادهها با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع اسنادی و مطالعات میدانی (پرسشنامه) گردآوری شده است. واحد تحلیل پژوهش سرپرستان خانوار روستایی ساکن در محدوده موردمطالعه است که با استفاده از روش کوکران 379 نفر انتخاب شدهاند. در این پژوهش از آزمون T تک نمونهای برای ارزیابی معناداری و قابلیت تعمیم نتایج و از ضریب همبستگی و روش رگرسیون جهت تحلیل دادهها و میزان اثرگذاری مؤلفههای اجتماعی بر تابآوری استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد، مؤلفه مشارکت جمعی بیشترین تأثیر را در ارتقای تابآوری جوامع روستایی نسبت به مؤلفههای وابستگی مکانی، اعتماد اجتماعی و دانش و آگاهی دارد. درنهایت سطوح تابآوری حاصل از محدوده مطالعاتی بیانگر آن است که دهستانهای اشکور سفلی و دیوشل در پایینترین سطح تابآوری در بعد اجتماعی و دهستانهای دهگاه، دریاسر و کجید در بالاترین سطح تابآوری در بعد اجتماعی در برابر مخاطره سیل قرار دارند.

تحلیل رفتارهای محیط زیستی روستائیان بر اساس نظریه انگیزه حفاظت
هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی میزان مسئولانه بودن روستاییان نسبت به رفتارهای محیطزیستی و شناسایی عوامل اجتماعی مؤثر بر آن بود. برای تبیین این مسئله از چهارچوب نظری انگیزه حفاظت استفاده شد. از نظر روششناسی، از روش پیمایش و پرسشنامه برای گردآوری دادهها استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را روستائیان استان مازندران تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای 536 نفر بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. از ضریب آلفا کرونباخ برای ارزیابی پایایی و اعتبار صوری و اعتبار سازه برای سنجش روایی استفاده شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که رفتارهای مسئولانه محیطزیستی روستائیان در سطح متوسط است. افراد موردبررسی از نظر این رفتارهای مسئولانه برحسب سن، جنس و تأهل، مدت اقامت در روستا، تحصیلات و اشتغال، تفاوتی با هم نداشتند. همچنین، نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که خودکارآمدی و شدت خطر درکشده، بیشترین تأثیر را روی رفتار مسئولانه محیطزیستی داشتند. با توجه به چهارچوب نظری تحقیق- انگیزه حفاظت- میتوان نتیجه گرفت که عناصر ارزیابی مقابله (خودکارآمدی) بیش از عناصر ارزیابی تهدید (شدت خطر درکشده) روی رفتار مسئولانه محیطزیستی تأثیر داشتند.

واکاوی جایگاه پیوندهای روستایی ـ شهری در توانمندسازی بهرهبرداران کشاورزی در راستای امنیت غذایی پایدار (موردمطالعه: سکونتگاههای روستایی جنوب شرق استان تهران)
بین کانونهای شهری و روستایی انواع گوناگون جریانها و تعاملات فضایی وجود دارد. قوت و کمتوانی، نوع و کیفیت تعامل روستایی - شهری همواره دچار تحول بوده و از پتانسیلهای پنهان و آشکار فراوانی برخوردار است. سالهای طولانی است که آگاهی بسیار از مسئله پیوندهای روستایی - شهری بهگونهای فراگیر وجود داشته است؛ اما پتانسیلهای نهفته در جریانها و تعامل فضایی آنها بیشتر ناشناخته، رهاشده و نادیده انگاشته شده است. بر این شالوده، این مقاله رابطه بین بهبود پیوندهای روستایی - شهری برای توانمندسازی بهرهبرداران کشاورزی در امنیت غذایی پایدار روستاهای جنوب شرق استان تهران را آشکار میسازد. برای تبیین این موضوع، 400 پرسشنامه در بین بهرهبرداران کشاورزی به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده تکمیل شد. یافتههای این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی است، بیانگر تأثیر مثبت این پیوندها بر مشارکت بهرهبرداران کشاورزی در سرمایهگذاری، دسترسی به منابع، بازاررسانی محصولات است. یافتهها بهبود شاخصهای جریان فضایی برای توانمندسازی و امنیت غذایی را آشکار ساخت. به سخن دیگر، بهبود شاخصهای جریانهای فضایی، مشارکت بهرهبرداران کشاورزی را برای تولید در زمینههای گوناگون و فعالیتهای متنوع کشاورزی و غیر کشاورزی تسهیل میکند که پی آیند آن بهبود میانگین ابعاد امنیت غذایی پایدار است. در این ارتباط اتخاذ سیاستهای مناسب و بازنگری در نظام سیاستگذاری در راستای توجه بیشتر به پتانسیل پیوندهای روستایی ـ شهری برای بهبود امنیت غذایی پایدار پیشنهاد میشود.

شناسایی عوامل اثربخش بر توسعه گردشگری خلاق و تأثیر آن بر پایداری رفتار از دیدگاه گردشگران در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بروجن
مقصدهای گردشگری روستایی به علت بهرهمندی از قابلیتهای متنوع طبیعی و انسانی میتواند بهعنوان مقصدی خلاق محصولات و خدمات خلاق به گردشگران ارائه نماید. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل اثربخش بر توسعه گردشگری خلاق در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بروجن است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی مبتنی بر بررسیهای میدانی است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 102 سؤال و جامعه آماری پژوهش گردشگران روستایی به تعداد 159000 نفر است. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 380 نفر برآورد و به روش تصادفی توزیع گردید. تحلیلهای توصیفی و استنباطی با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار SPSS و آزمونهای آماری تی تک نمونهای و تحلیل عاملی صورت گرفته است. همچنین مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری برای شناسایی رفتارهای پایدار و بررسی اثر گردشگری خلاق بر آن در نرمافزار AMOS مورداستفاده قرار گرفته است. نتایج رتبهبندی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه گردشگری خلاق در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بروجن بیشترین پتانسیل را با بار عاملی 90/0 به شاخص اطلاعرسانی و تبلیغات اختصاص داده است. رفتارهای پایدار گردشگران با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل عاملی در سه بعد عوامل فرهنگی، زیستمحیطی و اقتصادی مشخص شده است که به ترتیب پایداری فرهنگی 9/33 درصد، پایداری اقتصادی 8/14 درصد و پایداری زیستمحیطی 75/11 درصد رفتارهای پایدار گردشگران را تبیین نموده است. البته باید متذکر شد وجود زمینههای گردشگری خلاق در منطقه اثری بر بروز رفتارهای پایدار گردشگران روستایی نداشته است.

عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه گردشگری تجربه محور در مناطق عشایری (موردمطالعه: عشایر قشقایی)
پژوهش حاضر به دنبال تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه گردشگری تجربه محور در مناطق عشایری قشقایی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل گردشگران داخلی و خارجی که در بازه زمانی فروردینماه تا تیرماه 97 از مناطق موردمطالعه بازدید داشتهاند، به کمک جدول مورگان، حجم 400 نمونهای انتخاب شد که 384 پرسشنامه صحیح از آن استخراج شد. این پژوهش دارای هدف کاربردی است، و از روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و از ابزار مصاحبه باز و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در آن استفاده شد که روایی نیز توسط 15 نفر از کارشناسان مربوطه (استادان دانشگاه و فعالان صنعت) تائید شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) با رویکرد روش حداقل مربعات زوجی (PLS) و به کمک نرمافزار SMART PLS انجامشده است. پژوهش حاضر در قالب مدل محقق ساخته تأثیر عوامل ملموس فرهنگی، ناملموس فرهنگی، کیفیت ادراکشده و ادراک حس مکان بر تجربه ادراکشده گردشگران عشایری را مورد واکاوی قرار داده است . برای استنباط علمی با استفاده از تحلیل عامل تأییدی در قالب مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، میزان تبیین واریانس و ضریب تأثیر عاملهای مستقل به کار گرفته شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از رابطه معناداری مثبت هر چهار مؤلفه مذکور بر تجربه ادراکشده گردشگران است و همچنین ضریب اثر مؤلفههای ملموس فرهنگی (33/0)، ادراک حس مکان (29/0)، ناملموس فرهنگی (08/0) و کیفیت ادراکشده (07/0) هستند و همچنین میزان تبیین واریانس عوامل ذکرشده بر تجربه ادراکشده برابر 34 % محاسبه شده است.

بومیسازی نشانگرهای منظر پایدار در زیست بوم روستایی ایران با تاکید بر منظر ذهنی- ارزیابانه ذیاثران
منظر روستایی مبین تعامل و تفاهم انسان و طبیعت بوده و در عین سادگی ظاهری، موزون، پیچیده و جذاب است. ماهیت منظر روستایی در ارتباطی تنگاتنگ با محیط طبیعی و بستر زمینهای و در عین حال متأثر از تعامل عمیق انسان با طبیعت است. منظر اصیل و با هویت روستایی ایران، در سالهای اخیر دستخوش دگرگونی شده است، بهطوریکه در بسیاری از روستاها، شاهد تخریب بستر طبیعی، دگرگونی بافت و عناصر باارزش کالبدی و بهتبع آن، تغییر ارزشهای فرهنگی آن هستیم. به دلیل وجود تفاوتهای شرایط زمینهای روستاهای ایران با پیشینه پژوهشهای قبلی، ضروری است، ابعاد منظر روستایی بر اساس تجربیات زیست بومی ذیاثران و در انطباق با شرایط زمینهای روستا بررسی شود. پژوهش به روش تحلیلی و پیمایشی و با هدف یافتن نشانگرهای منظر پایدار و عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن متناسب با شرایط زمینهای زیستبوم روستایی ایران انجام شده است. به این منظور ضمن مشاهده مشارکتی، با دو گروه از جامعه روستایی (مصاحبه اصلی- نیمه ساختاریافته- جهت پاسخگویی ساکنین روستا و مصاحبه تکمیلی- با سؤالات باز- جهت اخذ نظرات آگاهان محلی) مصاحبه شده است. به علاوه از مصاحبهشوندگان خواسته شده نقشههای ذهنی (ذهنیت خود از منظر مطلوب روستایی) را ترسیم کنند. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که منظر بومی روستاها بهرغم وجود تنوع و تمایز، دارای نوعی وحدت و همخوانی هستند و بر اساس تحلیل یافتهها، برخی نشانگرهای پراهمیت که به منظر روستایی وحدت و تنوع بخشیده و آن را پایدار ساختهاند، و همچنین عوامل ثانویهای که بهطور غیرمستقیم بر منظر روستایی تأثیرگذار بودهاند، مشخص شدند.

تأثیر اقلیم بر سازمان فضایی مسکن روستایی بر اساس نظریه نحو فضا (مورد مطالعه: روستاهای استان آذربایجان شرقی)
مساکن روستایی جدید به سرعت درحال تغییر چهره دادن و شبیه شدن به معماری شهری هستند. دراین روند تنوع اقلیمی حاکم بر سطح مناطق مختلف نادیده گرفته شده و عموماً مساکن روستایی با سازمان فضایی یکسان برای مناطق اقلیمی متنوع ساخته میشود. هدف از این پژوهش، شناخت سازمان فضایی مسکن روستایی استان آذربایجانشرقی بر اساس تنوع اقلیمی حاکم بر این استان است. در پژوهش اخیر از روش تحلیلی نحو فضایی (چیدمان فضایی)، به منظور بررسی سازمان فضایی مسکن روستایی استفاده شده است. برای انتخاب نمونههای مورد بررسی، ابتدا روستاهای مورد مطالعه بر مبنای پهنهبندی اقلیمی استان به روش خوشهای به تعداد 9 مورد گزینش شده و سپس تمام خانههای بومی موجود در روستاهای منتخب مورد برداشت دقیق میدانی قرار گرفتهاند. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات حاصل از مطالعات میدانی این خانهها به وسیله نرمافزار «دپت مپ» و «ای-گراف» بوده است. برخلاف تصور رایج مبنی بر حضور همزمان سه الگوی فضای باز، نیمه باز و پوشیده در مساکن روستایی استان، الگوی حاکم بر ارتباط فضایی خانههای روستایی استان از ترکیب فضاهای باز و پوشیده تشکیلشدهاست که به ندرت و با معتدل شدن شرایط اقلیمی در برخی از مناطق خاص، الگوی فضای نیمهباز به این سازمان افزوده میشود. شرایط اقلیمی بیشترین تاثیر را بر روی مولفه همپیوندی و عمق فضایی مساکن روستایی داشته است به طوری که گونههای مساکن روستایی از منظر میزان عمق و اندازه همپیوندی به شرایط اقلیمی مختلف پاسخ میدهند. همچنین کمترین تأثیر شرایط اقلیمی مربوط به مؤلفه عرصهبندی خانههای روستایی است که سلسله مراتب استقرار فضاهای مختلف در آنها تقریباً در سراسر استان یکسان است.

روستا دَرِ- قدرت و دَر- قدرت؛ دیرینهشناسی روابط شهر و روستا در ایران
روستاها با تولید و انتقال قدرت به شهرها و شهرها با مصرف و اِعمال قدرت به روستاها، روابط پیچیده و طولانی در طول زمان داشتهاند. درک این روابط نیازمند مطالعه روند اثرگذاری نیروهای تولیدکننده و مصرفکننده قدرت است. لذا در این مطالعه از روش کیفی دیرینهشناسی فوکو استفاده شد. بر این اساس روابط قدرت بین تولیدکنندگان و مصرفکنندگان به دورههای چهارگانهی: قبل از صفویه، صفویه تا مشروطه، مشروطه تا انقلاب اسلامی، انقلاب اسلامی و بعد از آن تقسیم شدند. طبق یافتهها در مراحل اولیه، روابط روستا با شهر به شکل انتقال مالیات و تأمین سرباز بوده اما به مرور زمان و با مداخله عوامل مختلف داخلی-پیدایش نفت، اصلاحات ارضی - و خارجی-تجارت بینالمللی، دگردیسی در شکل انتقال قدرت به وجود آمد و با ورود دولت و برقراری روابط سرمایهداری در روستاها و ورود کالاهای تجملی، باعث تهی شدن روستاها از قدرت گردید. بنابراین شهرها بهعنوان پایگاه قدرت از زمان پیدایش همواره عاملی در جهت تضعیف قدرت روستاها بودهاند و در این مسیر از شگردهای متعددی بهره گرفتهاند که در آغاز بیشتر ماهیت آشکار داشت و امروزه در قالب خدمت به نواحی روستایی جلوهنمایی میکند. برای تغییر در روابط قدرت بین شهرها و روستاها و ایجاد توازن قدرت منطقی میتوان: -اختلافات قدرت بین شهرها و روستاها را تعدیل و دسترسی به قدرت را برای همگان ممکن نمود. -از توزیع متناسب قدرت میان ذینفعان اطمینان حاصل کرد. -ساختار مناسب برای نهادینهسازی فرآیند قدرت بین شهرها و روستاها و توزیع مجدد آن انجام داد.

شناسایی انگارههای ذهنی بهره برداران استان خراسان جنوبی در زمینه مدیریت پایدار منابع چاه آب کشاورزی
افزایش کمبود آب کشاورزی نهتنها گسترش سطح آبیاری را محدود میکند بلکه مستقیماً تولیدات کشاورزی را کاهش میدهد و امنیت غذایی و درآمد روستاییان را تهدید میکند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل انگارههای ذهنی بهرهبرداران خراسان جنوبی در زمینه مدیریت آب کشاورزی با استفاده از روششناسی کیو انجام شده است. این پژوهش، ازنظر هدف کاربردی بوده و از نوع تحقیقات اکتشافی است و ازلحاظ روش گردآوری دادهها، کمی - کیفی است. در پژوهش حاضر تعداد 21 بهرهبردار با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده ذهنیت بهرهبرداران چاه آب در چهار گروه ذهنیت برابرنگر، تقدیرنگر، دانشنگر و مصرفنگر دستهبندی شدند که به ترتیب 7/22 درصد، 10/165 درصد، 35/14 درصد، و 13 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین کردند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که توجه به مباحث مدیریت تعارض و فنون مذاکره و رسیدن به توافق جمعی در استفاده پایدار از آب کشاورزی مهمترین عامل در راستای نیل به یک ذهنیت مشترک نسبت به مدیریت پایدار آب کشاورزی در بین بهرهبرداران چاه آب است. لذا پیشنهاد میشود دستاندرکاران مربوطه با در نظر داشتن این مهم زمینه برنامهریزی و اجرایی شدن آن را فراهم آورند.

شناسایی و تحلیل انواع ریسکهای مرتبط با کشت زعفران (موردمطالعه: استان کرمانشاه)
این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل منابع ریسک کشت زعفران در استان کرمانشاه با روش کمی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش زعفران کاران استان کرمانشاه به تعداد114 نفر بودند که بهصورت تمام شماری از آنها اطلاعات گردآوری شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته دو قسمتی، شامل ویژگیهای فردی و حرفهای بهرهبرداران و گویههایی جهت سنجش ریسک بوده است. به منظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از نظرسنجی و فرمولهای مرتبط استفاده شد. از نظر زعفران کاران مهمترین ریسکهای تولید(عرضه نشدن بهموقع نهادهها بخصوص بنههای زعفران، وجود حیوانات و جوندگان و عدم شناخت سموم مختلف جهت مبارزه با علفهای هرز)؛ ریسک انسانی (کمبود نیروی انسانی در دسترس برای برداشت زعفران، بیماری و مهاجرت افراد جوان خانواده و سرقت محصول و ادوات کشاورزی)؛ ریسک بازار(تضمین فروش، عدم وجود تجهیزات و امکانات بستهبندی و فروش فلهای محصول و قیمتگذاری سلیقهای)؛ ریسکهای مالی(دسترسی نداشتن به تسهیلات بانکی، عدم وجود نقدینگی کمبود سرمایه و فاصله زمانی کوتاه بین دریافت و بازپرداخت وام) و ریسکهای نهادی(فقدان حمایت و کمک دولت در فروش و بازاریابی زعفران با قیمت مناسب، عدم وجود پوشش بیمهای توسط دولت، عدم وجود شبکه ارتباطی بین زعفرانکاران در سطح محلی و منطقهای) هستند که لازم است بهمنظور توسعه کشت زعفران تلاش در جهت رفع ریسکهای مربوطه صورت پذیرد.
