الگوی پیشنهادی کشت ارگانیک محصول برنج درمناطق روستایی استانهای گیلان و مازندران
کشاورزی ارگانیک یکی از مهمترین نظامهای کشاورزی جایگزین برای تولید مواد غذایی سالم و بدون استفاده از مواد شیمیایی است. در ایران طی دهه گذشته به طور پراکنده برخی محصولات به صورت ارگانیک کشت شده است؛ ازجمله در استانهای گیلان و مازندران در سالهای اخیر کشت ارگانیک محصول برنج رواج یافته است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت کشت ارگانیک محصول برنج در استانهای گیلان و مازندران و طراحی الگوی مناسب برای توسعه کشت ارگانیک این محصول است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش به صورت پیمایشی و کمّی بوده و دادهها با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جمعآوری شده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل آماری دادههای پژوهش از نرمافزار SPSS و آزمونهای تحلیل همبستگی و رگرسیون گامبهگام استفاده شده است. نمونه آماری این پژوهش، شامل 211 نفر بود که از بین شالیکاران ارگانیگ و کشاورزانی که در حال آموزش بودند و تمایل خود را برای اجرای این کشت اعلام کردند با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تناسبی انتخاب شدند. یافتههای این مطالعه نشان میدهد از بین عوامل راهبردی، عامل اقتصادی بیشترین تأثیر را در پذیرش کشت ارگانیک داشته و مهمترین موانع پذیرش کشت ارگانیک، حمایت مالی ناکافی دولت از کشاورزان و پرهزینهبودن کنترل علفهای هرز و آفات در مزارع است. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، مناسبترین الگو برای توسعه کشت ارگانیک محصول برنج، الگوی جامعهمحور مبتنی بر نهادسازی با هدف توجه به کشاورزان خردهپا از طریق استفاده از رهیافتهای مشارکتی است.

طراحی و تبیین الگویی برای تشخیص فرصتهای کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی استان کرمانشاه: کاربرد نرمافزار NVivo
اگرچه کشاورزی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین بخشهای اقتصادی کشور، قابلیت زیادی برای اشتغال جمعیت بیکار کشور دارد، اما ناتوانی افراد در تشخیص فرصتهای کارآفرینانه موجب شده است با وجود فرصتهای بیشمار در این بخش، سهم بخش کشاورزی از اشتغال کشور روزبهروز کاهش یابد. ازاینرو، در شرایط موجود بهبود قابلیت افراد برای تشخیص فرصتهای کارآفرینانه کشاورزی میتواند راهگشای بسیاری از مشکلات کشور باشد. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با بهرهگیری از الگوی کیفی و نرمافزار NVivo به طراحی و تبیین الگوی تشخیص فرصتهای کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی استان کرمانشاه پرداخته است. جامعه مطالعهشده در این پژوهش، تمام کارآفرینان بخش کشاورزی استان کرمانشاه بودند که نمونههای مطالعهشده به روش نمونهگیری نظری انتخاب شدند. درنهایت با انجام 19 مصاحبه، برای تولید نظریه اشباع نظری حاصل شد و فرایند جمعآوری دادهها خاتمه یافت. نتایج نشان داد مؤلفههای اصلی الگوی تشخیص فرصتهای کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی استان کرمانشاه عبارتند از: سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه اجتماعی، حمایتهای محیطی، ویژگیهای روانشناختی، هوشیاری و تلاطمها. نتایج این مطالعه میتواند دستاوردهایی برای سیاستگذاران عرصه کشاورزی، پارکهای علم و فناوری، سازمان جهاد کشاورزی، طراحان دورههای آموزش کارآفرینی و نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی به دنبال داشته باشد.

تعیینکنندههای عملکرد تعاونیهای تولید روستایی در جنوب استان کرمان
پیمایش حاضر با هدف تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد تعاونیهای تولید روستایی در جنوب کرمان انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 13 تعاونی تولید روستایی فعال بود که بر اساس روش نمونهگیری بحرانی یک تعاونی موفق انتخاب شدند و بر 50 عضو آن مطالعه شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامهای محققساخته بود که روایی ظاهری و محتوایی آن را صاحبنظران تأیید کردند. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با انجام مطالعهای پیشآهنگ و محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ (819/0- 746/0) به دست آمد. دادهها با نرمافزار آماری SPSS19 تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد عملکرد کل تعاونی تولید روستایی مطالعهشده در سطح نسبتاً مطلوبی (40/3) است. یافتههای حاصل از واکاوی مقایسهای عملکرد تعاونی تولید روستایی و نیازهای خدماتی کشاورزان نیز از سازگاری و تطابق نسبی فعالیتهای خدماتی تعاونی با نیاز کشاورزان عضو حکایت داشت. علاوه بر این، یافتههای رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی نشان داد که مؤلفههای اعطای رایگان ماشینآلات کشاورزی، نحوه برخورد با اعضا، میزان تحصیلات اعضا و هیئتمدیره، تخصیص اعتبارات و وام به تعاونی، و رضایت شغلی مدیرعامل به عنوان تعیینکنندههای مهم و معنادار در پیشبینی عملکرد تعاونی تولید روستایی شناسایی شدند. مدل رگرسیونی میتواند 5/74 درصد از واریانس عملکرد تعاونی را تبیین کند.

مختلف با کاهش دبی و افزایش آلودگیها دستخوش تغییراتی شده است. چنین تغییراتی بر جنبه اقتصادی و اجتماعی زندگی روستاییان حاشیه تالاب تأثیر گذاشته است. بررسی این محیط شکننده و روستاهای کرانه آن که جمعیتی کم، کاهنده و گاهی نیمهکوچرو دارند از طریق مطالعات محلی و میدانی ضرورت دارد. این پژوهش با هدف کاربردی انجام شد. دادهها به شیوه کتابخانهای و پیمایشی (پرسشنامه) گردآوری و به شیوه توصیفیتحلیلی تجزیهوتحلیل شد. جامعه آماری 120 سرپرست خانوار یا فرد مطلع بالای 25 سال در دسترس در 10 روستای دشت آزادگان بود. با استفاده از آزمون کای دو، شاخص پیامدهای اجتماعی و اقتصادی کمآبی در سطح معناداری 0/05 بررسی شد. قرارگیری بیش از 83 درصد این پیامدها در مرتبه اول، اثر منفی کمآبی تالاب را بر ابعاد اجتماعی و اقتصادی زندگی روستاییان کرانه نشان داد. با توجه به یافتهها، رعایت حقابه زیستمحیطی، کاهش فعالیتهای نفتی و اعمال استانداردهای لازم زیستمحیطی، توسعه گردشگری و پژوهش بیشتر درباره راهحلهای اجرایی رفع کمآبی تالاب پیشنهاد شد.

تحلیل روند خشکشدن دریاچه ارومیه و مهمترین تأثیرات آن بر سکونتگاههای پیرامونی
روند خشکشدن دریاچه ارومیه، زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﺮوز بحرانهای زیستمحیطی، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی را در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﻤﺎل ﻏﺮب ﮐﺸﻮر ﻓﺮاهم کرده اﺳﺖ. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تفصیلی روند خشکشدن دریاچه ارومیه و مهمترین پیامدهای ناشی از آن است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی است. دادهها با استفاده از منابع کتابخانهای و پیمایشی جمعآوری شده است. به این منظور با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره لندست، روند خشکشدن دریاچه ارومیه طی سالهای 2000 تا 2015 بررسی شد. در مرحله بعد مهمترین تأثیرات خشکشدن دریاچه ارومیه بر سکونتگاههای پیرامونی با استفاده از مدل ترکیبی دیمتل و فرآیند تحلیل شبکه بررسی شد. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر کاهش شدید آب دریاچه طی سالهای 2000 تا 2015 است. بر اساس یافتهها، معیار زیستمحیطی با ضریب اهمیت نسبی 49/0، زیرمعیارهای طوفانها و ریزگردهای نمکی با ضریب اهمیت نسبی 1782/0، بیابانزایی و توسعه آن به نواحی پیرامون با ضریب اهمیت نسبی 1236/0، قومگرایی و درگیریهای قومی با ضریب اهمیت نسبی 0884/0، تشدید نوسانات اقلیمی و تغییر در زمانبندی فصول با ضریب اهمیت نسبی 0767/0 و از بین رفتن اراضی کشاورزی و حاصلخیزی خاک با ضریب اهمیت نسبی 0720/0، مهمترین پیامدهای خشکشدن دریاچه ارومیه هستند.

زمین به عنوان یکی از منابع تولید روستایی نیازمند مدیریت خردمندانه و حفاظت است. یکی از پدیدههای کالبدی در سکونتگاههای پیرامون فضاهای شهری، پدیده خزش روستایی است که منجر به تغییرکاربری زمینهای کشاورزی و باغی به نفع دیگر کاربریها میشود. عوامل مختلفی در بروز این پدیده تأثیرگذارند؛ یکی از مهمترین آنها عوامل و نیروهای سازمانی است. این پژوهش به دنبال شناخت پدیده خزش روستایی و تحلیل میزان مداخلات نقشآفرینان مدیریت زمین و شبکههای تأثیرگذار بر آنها در عرصههای روستایی و پیرامون شهری است. محدوده پژوهش 24 سکونتگاه روستایی پیرامون شهر همدان است. برای شناسایی نظام شبکه موجود و روابط میان سازمانها و ارگانهای تأثیرگذار بر فرایند تغییر کاربری زمین از روش تحلیل شبکه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد نیمی از دستاندرکاران نهادی بیش از 5 نوع تضاد با دیگر نهادها دارند. یکسوم از پیوندهای شبکه در اختیار دستاندرکاران مرکزی و نهادهای کلیدی و سیاستگذارهای اصلی قرار دارد و بقیه نهادها در جریان تغییر کاربری، نقش منفعلانه، حاشیهای و تسهیلکننده دارند. جذب سرمایهها و سرمایهگذاری در پیرامون شهر، کمبود زمین در محدوده شهر، تلاش برای ایجاد شغل و زمینههای کسب درآمد و تقاضای گسترده برای ایجاد واحدهای تکخانواری روند تغییر کاربری را شدت بخشیده است. لزوم توجه به منطقه شهری همدان و پیوندهای روستایی شهری و اتخاذ سیاستهای تعاملی با تأکید بر صیانت از عرصههای سکونتگاهی میتواند به مدیریت خردمندانه اراضی منجر شود.

ارزیابی و اولویتبندی مؤلفههای آمیخته بازاریابی تأثیرگذار در توسعه گردشگری روستایی (مطالعه موردی: روستاهای شهرستان فومن)
امروزه گردشگری در مناطق روستایی اهمیت ویژهای یافته است و راهی برای رفاه جوامع محلی تلقی میشود. با وجود مزایای بسیار زیاد گردشگری روستایی برای توسعه روستاها، باید برنامهریزی خاصی برای جذب گردشگر انجام شود. از اینرو در این تحقیق وضعیت آمیخته بازاریابی شامل هفت مؤلفه مکان، برنامهریزی و مدیریت، شواهد و امکانات فیزیکی، تبلیغات، مردم و کارکنان، قیمت و محصول در روستاهای شهرستان فومن بررسی شد. روستاهای این شهرستان با وجود داشتن امکانات بالقوه، جاذبههای گردشگری فراوان و نزدیکی به کانونهای پرجمعیت شهری، فرصت بسیار مناسبی برای توسعه گردشگری دارند. با وجود این، تاکنون اقتصاد گردشگری در این روستاها جایگاه واقعی خود را نیافته است. در این راستا با پیمایش میدانی و روش تحقیق توصیفیتحلیلی دادهها بر اساس پرسشنامه محققساخته 46 سؤالی گردآوری و موضوع از دیدگاه 40 تن از کارشناسان سازمان میراث فرهنگی، صنایعدستی و گردشگری استان گیلان بررسی شد. پردازش دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS و آزمونهای دوجملهای، همبستگی و فریدمن صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشاندهنده وضعیت نامطلوب بیشتر شاخصها، بهویژه در مؤلفههای تبلیغات و مردم و کارکنان در عین اهمیت زیاد آنها در بازاریابی گردشگری روستایی منطقه است.

گردشگری روستایی یکی از فعالیتهای اقتصادی پربازده و کارآفرین در دهستان جوزان شهرستان ملایر است. رونق این بخش از فعالیت اقتصادی میتواند منابع درآمدی را متحول کند و به پایداری درآمد روستاییان منجر شود. به منظور توسعه و گسترش این فعالیت اقتصادی به تمهیدات ویژهای ازجمله بازاریابی نیاز است که مطابق با اصول علم بازاریابی باشد. هدف این مقاله ارزیابی و اولویتبندی عوامل مؤثر بر بازاریابی گردشگری روستایی است. روش انجام پژوهش توصیفیتحلیلی و مبتنی بر روشهای کمّی و مدل آمیختۀ بازاریابی p7 است. در این پژوهش، آمیختۀ بازاریابی شامل هفت مؤلفۀ مکان، برنامهریزی و مدیریت، شواهد و امکانات فیزیکی، ترویج، مردم، قیمت و محصول است. جامعۀ آماری، کارکنان سازمان میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری شهرستان ملایر، گردشگران و دهیاران روستاهای دهستان بودند که از بین آنها 93 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند که چهار نفر کارشناس، هفت نفر دهیار و 82 نفر گردشگر آزموده شدند. بر اساس پرسشنامۀ محققساخت به گردآوری دادهها پرداخته شد و تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار spss و روش تحلیل عاملی و آزمونهای رتبهبندی فریدمن و t صورت گرفت. نتایج بهدستآمده از بررسی و اولویتبندی عاملهای بازاریابی گردشگری دهستان حاکی از اهمیت زیاد دو عامل مردم و مکان است. نتایج مدل تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که از بین این هفت عامل، دو عامل مکان و برنامهریزی بیشترین درصد از واریانس مجموعه گویهها را دارند.

طراحی الگوی تشکیل یک سازمان مردمنهاد محلی: شرایط، تعاملات و پیامدها (موردمطالعه، روستای کیخا، شهرستان زابل)
مطالعه حاضر با هدف بـررسی شرایط، تعاملات و پیـامدهای تشکیل یک سـازمانمردمنهاد محلی در روستای کیخا از توابع شهرستان زابل واقع در استان سیستان و بلوچستان انجام شده است. پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات کیفی است که به روش مطالعه موردی در سال 1392 انجام شده است. روستای کیخا مورد مطالعه و واحد تجزیهوتحلیل، اهالی پیشرو عضو سازمان مردمنهاد محلی بودند. نمونههای مورد مطالعه با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند (16=n). مشاهده، مصاحبه عمیق و بررسی اسناد و مدارک ابزار اصلی گردآوری اطلاعات بودند. روایی و پایایی تحقیق با استفاده همزمان از سه روش در جمعآوری دادهها، ایجاد پایگاه داده و بهرهگیری از نظرات مصاحبهشوندگان در تکمیل و اصلاح گزارش تحقیق بررسی شد. دادههای جمعآوریشده در سه بخش آمار توصیفی، کاربرد فن شمارش و روش کدگذاری تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، سازمان مردمنهاد محلی در روستای کیخا مطابق با مدل پارادایمی استراوس و کربین تحت تأثیر شرایط زمینهای، شرایط علّی و شرایط مداخلهگر تشکیل شده است. تشکیل این سازمان، زمینه ایجاد تعاملاتی بین مردم و مسئولان را فراهم آورده است. همچنین پیامدهای آموزشی و یادگیری، توانمندسازی زنان، بهداشتی و زیستمحیطی، اجتماعی و جهانشهری، اقتصادی و عمران روستایی و روانشناسی را برای مردم به همراه داشته است.

تحلیل اثر بازارچههای مرزی بر معیشت پایدار پسکرانههای روستایی (مورد مطالعه: بخش خاومیرآباد شهرستان مریوان)
تأمین معیشت پایدار روستاییان به عنوان رویکرد غالب برنامهریزیهای توسعۀ روستایی در عصر حاضر مطرح است. در این راستا بهرهگیری از ظرفیت تجارت مرزی در نواحی روستایی مرزی به صورت قانونی و هدفمند با بازگشایی مرزها در قالب بازارچههای مرزی راهکار مطلوبی است. پژوهش کاربردی حاضر با هدف تبیین این موضوع، یعنی تحلیل اثر بازارچههای مرزی پیران و دره وران بر تأمین معیشت پایدار روستاییان بخش خاومیرآباد شهرستان مریوان با روشی توصیفیتحلیلی و با جمعآوری اطلاعات از دو روش اسنادی و میدانی مبتنی بر مصاحبه، مشاهده و توزیع پرسشنامه در میان روستاییان انجام گرفته است. تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای حاصل از توزیع 338 پرسشنامه (تعیینشده با استفاده از فرمول کوکران) با بهرهگیری از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی (میانگین و مد) و آزمونهای آمار استنباطی (خی دو، t تکنمونه ای، t زوجی، ویلکاکسون، رتبه ای فریدمن و تحلیل مسیر) در میان سرپرستان خانوار روستایی بخش خاومیرآباد نشان میدهد که تأسیس بازارچۀ مرزی نقش مثبت و مؤثری در ارتقای سطح معیشت روستاییان با افزایش سطح داراییهای معیشتی آنها داشته است. در میان انواع داراییهای روستاییان نیز بیشترین بهبود و ارتقای وضعیت به داراییهای مالی روستاییان اختصاص یافته است و کمترین اثرگذاری هم مربوط به سرمایۀ انسانی بوده است. همچنین تأسیس بازارچۀ مرزی با کاهش آسیبپذیری روستاییان در برابر بحرانها و شوکها و تنوع معیشتی، زمینهساز افزایش پایداری معیشت روستاییان شده است.

ارزیابی تأثیرات هدفمندسازی یارانهها بر پایداری شاخصهای اقتصاد روستایی (مطالعه موردی: دهستان سردابه، شهرستان اردبیل)
اجرای سیاست هدفمندسازی یارانهها در ایران از جمله اقداماتی است که با هدف کاهش فقر، کاهش فاصله طبقاتی بین دهکهای مختلف جامعه و به ویژه ارتقای شاخصهای اقتصادی در مناطق روستایی انجام شده است. تحقیق پیش رو با هدف ارزیابی آثار هدفمندسازی یارانهها بر پایداری اقتصادی روستاهای بخش سردابه شهرستان اردبیل انجام گرفته است. این تحقیق از نوع بنیادیاکتشافی و روش انجام پژوهش توصیفیتحلیلی است. دادههای مورد نیاز از دو طریق میدانی و اسنادی جمعآوری شدهاند. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل تمامی ساکنان روستاهای دهستان سردابه (41 روستا) میشود که طبق سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن سال 1390، 9650 نفر جمعیت دارد. حجم جامعه نمونه که از طریق فرمول کوکران برآورد شده است، شامل 369 خانوار میشود که به نسبت جمعیت خانوارهای روستایی از میان 10 روستا به روش تصادفی نظاممند انتخاب شدهاند. نتایج این بررسی نشان میدهد که کیفیت شاخصهای اقتصادی در روستاهای مطالعهشده با گذشت نزدیک به یک دهه از اجرای این سیاست تحول چشمگیری پیدا نکردهاند. شاخص کل پایداری اقتصادی در روستاهای دهستان سردابه میزان بسیار اندکی رشد یافته است و بین متغیر اصلی پایداری اقتصادی در روستاهای مطالعهشده و اجرای طرح هدفمندسازی یارانهها ارتباط معنیداری وجود ندارد.

تحلیل نقش توانمندی شغلی بر خوداتکایی زنان روستایی شهرستان ایلام
زنان در گستره جهانی نقش عمدهای در فعالیتهای اقتصادی دارند. اما فعالیت اقتصادی آنان در کشورهای درحالتوسعه، به ویژه در نواحی روستایی شکل متفاوتی دارد، به گونهای که بدون مشارکت فعال زنان، اگر اقتصاد روستا و خانوارهای آن با تعطیلی روبهرو نمیشد، پیوسته با جدیترین چالشها درگیر بود. تحقیق حاضر بهمنظور تحلیل نقش توانمندی شغلی زنان روستایی شهرستان ایلام بر خوداتکایی آنان انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی زنان شاغل روستایی شهرستان ایلام (1088=N) بود. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 283 نفر از آنان به شیوه تصادفی طبقهای با انتساب متناسب، انتخاب شدند و درباره آنها مطالعه شد. استادان مربوطه روایی محتوایی و ظاهری پرسشنامه را تأیید کردند و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (7/93= α) تعیین شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی (میانگین، فراوانی، درصد فراوانی، انحراف معیار و ضریب تغییرات) و استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، کروسکال والیس و من وایت نی و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه) با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری22 SSPS انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد متغیرهای مهارتهای فنی و کار عملی، مهارتهای خلاقیت و حل مسئله، اطلاعات و دانش تخصصی، سن و میزان درآمد ماهیانه 7/57 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین میکنند. همچنین متغیر دانش و اطلاعات تخصصی در مقایسه با متغیرهای دیگر، بیشترین سهم و متغیر سن کمترین سهم را در تبیین متغیر وابسته خوداتکایی دارد.
