Journal Article 2020 12 27 The present study, which employs a survey method, is applied in terms of the purpose. Its statistical population is the "members" of "active" agricultural cooperatives in Lorestan. The research instrument was a questionnaire whose face validity was determined according to the opinions of 15 members of the statistical community, its content validity was calculated using content validity ratio (CVR) and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha test which was 0.76 and the data was analyzed by SPSS and Amos software. According to the results of the one-sentence t-test, members' participation in the management of the cooperatives studied is above average, as well as the results of correlation tests of variables and the results of structural equation analysis of the research model. (Members’ participation in general assemblies, members' participation in cooperative oversight, members’ participation in management and members' economic participation,) and "success" of agricultural cooperatives was confirmed and the relationship between them with 99% confidence level showed a direct, positive and significant relationship. The results obtained in relation to the fit indices of the model showed that the research model has a good fit. In this regard, there was no significant difference between married and single men and women in terms of participation in cooperative activities, while there was a direct and significant relationship between the variables of age, membership history, education and members' shares in the success of cooperatives. پژوهش حاضر که به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته از نظر هدف تحقیقی کاربردی است، جامعه آماری آن اعضای تعاونی‌های «فعال» کشاورزی در لرستان است که تعداد 354 نفر آن‌ها طبق فرمول کوکران از طریق نمونه‌گیری سهمیه‌ای متناسب با حجم، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بود که روایی صوری آن طبق نظرات 15 تن از اعضای جامعه آماری تعیین و روایی محتوای ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از نسبت اعتبار محتوا (cvr) و پایایی آن نیز از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید که مقدار آن 76/0 شد و داده‌های تحقیق نیز به‌وسیله نرم‌افزارهای Spss و Amos تحلیل گردیدند. مطابق نتایج آزمون t تک‌جمله‌ای مشارکت اعضا در اداره امور تعاونی‌های موردمطالعه از سطح متوسط بالاتر است. همچنین نتایج آزمون همبستگی متغیرها و نتایج تحلیل معادلات ساختاری مدل تحقیق رابطه بین ابعاد مشارکت اعضاء (مشارکت اعضاء در مجامع عمومی، مشارکت اعضاء در نظارت بر امور تعاونی، مشارکت اعضاء در مدیریت و مشارکت اقتصادی اعضا) و «موفقیت» تعاونی‌های کشاورزی را تأیید نمود و ارتباط بین آن‌ها با سطح اطمینان 99 درصد یک ارتباط مستقیم، مثبت و معنی‌دار نشان داده شد. نتایج کسب‌شده در رابطه با شاخص‌های برازش حاصله مدل نشان داد که مدل تحقیق از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. در همین رابطه بین زنان و مردان متأهل و مجرد تفاوت معنی‌داری از لحاظ مشارکت در فعالیت‌های تعاونی وجود نداشت در حالی که بین متغیرهای سن، سابقه عضویت، تحصیلات و میزان سهام اعضا با موفقیت تعاونی‌ها رابطه مستقیم و معنی‌دار ملاحظه گردید. https://jrur.ut.ac.ir/article_82081_3e4d20980bad82814414cb12fecc0e18.pdf
