بررسی مشکلات گسترش صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی بخش کشاورزی در شهرستان فریدن

چکیده

بدون تردید ایجاد صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی یکی از سودمندترین راه  ارتباطات بین دو بخش صنعت و کشاورزی است. این صنایع از میزان بیکاری‌های دائمی و فصلی در مناطق روستایی می‌کاهد و راهکاری برای کارآفرینی و اشتغال در بخش کشاورزی است. این صنایع در شهرستان فریدن با وجود پتانسیل‌ها گسترش خوبی نداشته‌اند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی مشکلات گسترش صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی بخش کشاورزی در شهرستان فریدن بود. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر میزان کنترل متغیرها غیرآزمایشی و از لحاظ تحلیل داده‌ها توصیفی- تحلیلی، جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان و صاحبان صنایع و شاغلان این صنایع در شهرستان فریدن بود (N=150).  که به صورت سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود. برای تأیید روایی از متخصصان، روایی همگرا و واگرا و برای تأیید پایایی از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده از  تکنیک‌های تحلیل سلسله مراتبی، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و نرم‌افزارهایSPSS24, Smart pls3, LISREL8.8 استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد  به ترتیب مشکلات؛ اقتصادی، تولیدی، ساختاری، محیطی و زیرساختی  به ترتیب با ضریب تأثیر 61/0، 52/0، 48/0، 46/0،38/0 بار عاملی 93/0، 71/0، 59/0، 53/0 و 49/0 و مقادیرR2 724/0، 590/0، 423/0، 387/0، 303/0 از مشکلات اصلی گسترش صنایع تبدیلی در این شهرستان بودند.

Undoubtedly, setting up agro-processing industries is one of the most profitable ways of creating communication between industry and agriculture. These industries reduce seasonal unemployment in rural areas and serve as a strategy for entrepreneurship and employment in the agriculture sector. Despite their potential for expansion, such industries do not have a good status in the county of Frieden. The aim of this study is to investigate the barriers to the development of agro-processing industries in the county of Frieden. The research is of applied type in terms of objectives, non-experimental in terms of the control of variables, and descriptive in terms of data analysis. The study population consisted of 150 experts, industrialists and workers in the agro-processing industries of  Frieden County. The data were analyzed through the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and the LISREL software. The results showed that economic, structural, environmental, infrastructure, and geographical features are the potential factors to pose the main obstacles to the processing industries in this county.
