تحلیل پویایی انسجام سازمانی در اجرای طرح آبادانی و پیشرفت روستایی (موردمطالعه: شهرستان گچساران)

چکیده

وجود ساختار منسجم سازمانی برای دستیابی به تلاش‌های هماهنگ، برنامه‌ریزی جامع منابع، و بهبود نتایج حکمرانی محلی حیاتی است. همچنین پویایی قدرتی که پاسخ‌های حکمرانی کارآمد را ایجاد کند، می‌تواند موجب تاب‌آوری نظام اجتماعی-بوم‌شناختی شود. در این پژوهش، پویایی انسجام سازمانی دست‌اندرکاران سازمانی مرتبط با طرح‌ آبادانی و پیشرفت منظومه‌های روستایی در شهرستان گچساران، به‌عنوان پایلوت برای ارزیابی حکمرانی مؤثر محلی بررسی شد. تحلیل شبکه تبادل اطلاعات و همکاری در بین این دست‌اندرکاران در دو بازه زمانی قبل و بعد از اجرای این طرح، با استفاده از روش تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی صورت گرفت. برای این منظور شاخص مرکزیت بینابینی در سطح خرد و شاخص‌های تراکم، تمرکز و میانگین فاصله ژئودزیک در سطح کلان شبکه، سنجش شد. نتایج نشان داد در قبل از اجرای طرح، سازمان‌های فرمانداری، صندوق کارآفرینی امید و فنی و حرفه‌ای و بعد از اجرای طرح فرمانداری، میراث فرهنگی و صندوق کارآفرینی امید به‌عنوان کنشگران با بالاترین مرکزیت بینابینی، دارای نقش مهم در کنترل جریان اطلاعات و منابع هستند. نتایج کلی شاخص مرکزیت بینابینی، نشان‌دهنده بهبود جریان اطلاعات و توزیع نقش‌های کلیدی در شبکه است، که به افزایش کارایی و هماهنگی سازمان‌ها منجر شده است. همچنین، نتایج شاخص‌های کلان شبکه نشان‌دهنده افزایش انسجام شبکه روابط و کاهش تمرکز و افزایش سرعت گردش اطلاعات در شبکه نسبت به قبل از اجرای طرح است. رویکرد انجام‌شده در این پژوهش می‌تواند به‌عنوان الگویی برای سایر مناطق نیز استفاده شود و به بهبود حکمرانی محلی کمک کند.
