Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the entrepreneurial development capacities of rural cooperatives in Shahinshahr. The statistical population of the study includes all members of rural cooperatives in Shahinshahr, which is 5 cooperatives with 5137 members. The sample size of the study was 357 using Cochran probabilistic sampling method. The main tool was data collection of a researcher-made questionnaire. Examination of entrepreneurship development capacities through t-test showed that in three dimensions of individual, social and economic capacity, the results are below average and in two environmental and infrastructure dimensions are above average. Also, the numerical mean analysis obtained from the analysis of capacity dimensions using Chi-square statistics showed that all capacity dimensions are significant at the level of 0.01%. Therefore, all these dimensions play an important role in the development of entrepreneurship. Investigating the correlation between entrepreneurial capacities and entrepreneurship development using Spearman test shows a significant correlation. Therefore, increasing entrepreneurial capacity leads to the development of entrepreneurship in rural cooperatives in Shahinshahr. Also, analysis of variance of individual characteristics and the rate of entrepreneurship showed that there is a significant relationship between individual characteristics of rural cooperative members (age, income and education) and the rate of entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship development capacities are measured in partnerships through five capacities: "individual capacity", "social profile", "economic", "environmental environment" and "amount of infrastructure".The general status of individual capacity is low (average 2.7) and most respondents (31%) have considered the amount of individual capacity in their cooperative to some extent. Also, 23.5% considered this factor low.Overall status of social capacity is low (total average 2.7) Most respondents (29.1%) considered the amount of social capacity in their cooperative as average. Also, 22.4% considered this factor low.Economic capacity through seven items: "cooperative willingness to use its capital to create new jobs", "sufficient capital to create new jobs", "easy access to credit and financial facilities", "familiarity with markets for the sale of manufactured products", "access "Cooperatives for active and cheap labor", "Cooperative access to raw materials and required institutions", "Government tax exemption" have been assessed.According to the average of the obtained items, the general situation of economic capacity is low (total average 2.7). Most respondents (28.5%) considered the amount of economic capacity in their cooperative as average. Also, 21.5% considered this factor to be very low. The results of economic capacity analysis show that most of its components are below the average of 3. Only two components are above average.Environmental capacity through five items: "Cooperative access to sufficient water resources", "Existence of favorable weather conditions for cooperative entrepreneurship", "Existence of fertile soil in agriculture and development of cooperative conversion products", "Existence of cheap and non-agricultural land in construction" "Cooperative Occupation" and "Agricultural Infrastructure Services for Cooperatives" have been assessed.According to the average of the obtained items, the general situation of environmental capacity is average (total average 3.2) and most respondents (51.3%) considered the amount of environmental capacity in their cooperative as average. Also, 22.5% considered this factor to be high.Infrastructure capacity through eight items: "The amount of cooperative access by means of transportation suitable for transporting goods", "The amount of cooperative access to additional facilities near the village", "The amount of infrastructure facilities in the village", "Existence of required machinery and tools" In creating economic activity for cooperatives "," The degree of desirability of communication routes to large centers and markets "," The extent of cooperative access to means of transportation, Internet, post "," The degree of cooperative access to agricultural product packaging workshops "," The use of rural warehouse capacities for entrepreneurship development has been assessed. According to the average of the obtained items, the general condition of the infrastructure capacity is average (total average 3.2) and most of the respondents (27.8%) considered the amount of infrastructure capacity in their cooperative to be high. Also, 25.8% considered this factor to some extent.
Examination of individual capacity for t-test shows that most of the components of this factor are below average. But in three components, this is higher than the average of 3. In the field of social capacity, analysis by t-test indicates that it is below the average of 3. The results of economic capacity analysis show that most of its components are below the average of 3. Only two components are above average. In terms of environmental capacity, the level of t-test indicates that it is higher than the average of 3. This shows the positiveity of this capacity and strength. In the field of infrastructure capacity analysis, the results of t-test indicate that most of the components are above average. This is not the case with only the two and is below average.
