تحلیل مؤلفه‌های کشاورزی چندکارکردی در شهرستان دهلران

چکیده

توسعه کشاورزی چندکارکردی مستلزم شناخت شرایط منطقه و تحلیل دقیق کارکردها قبل از هرگونه تصمیم‌گیری و برنامه‌ریزی است. هدف این پژوهش توصیفی - پیمایشی، بررسی جامع وضعیت موجود مؤلفه‌های کشاورزی شهرستان دهلران (استان ایلام) در سه بعد کارکرد تولیدی، زیست‌محیطی و روستایی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان و صاحب‌نظران کشاورزی در جهاد کشاورزی وادارات مربوطه شهرستان دهلران به تعداد 25 نفر (تمام شماری) و کشاورزان سرپرست خانوار روستایی به تعداد 5517 نفر بود که 365 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده در پنج بخش مرکزی، موسیان، دشت عباس، زرین‌آباد و میمه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تقسیم‌بندی پرسکات آلن و همچنین اولویت‌بندی متغیرها با محاسبه درجه بحرانی، پردازش و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. می‌توان گفت بر اساس تقسیم‌بندی پرسکات آلن کشاورزی شهرستان دهلران در حد متوسطی، چندکارکردی است که مطلوبیت کشاورزی این شهرستان از لحاظ کارکرد زیست‌محیطی تقریباً نامطلوب و ازلحاظ کارکرد روستایی و تولیدی در حد متوسط می‌باشدکه از بین دو کارکرد تولیدی و روستایی نیز، کارکرد روستایی نسبت به کارکرد تولیدی وضعیت بهتری داشت. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان از تفاوت زیاد بین بخش‌ها از لحاظ کارکردهای سه‌گانه داشت که لازم است برنامه ریزان توسعه کشاورزی چندکارکردی توجه ویژه‌ای به متغیرهای مرتبط با هر کارکرد متناسب با هر بخش به‌خصوص متغیرهای بحرانی داشته باشند تا با شناسایی منابع، امکانات، مشکلات، تنگناها و محدودیت‌های هر بخش به تقویت کارکردهای کشاورزی و تسهیل در توسعه کشاورزی چندکارکردی شهرستان دهلران بپردازند.
