تحلیل نقش مدیریت مبتنی بر حکمروایی خوب روستایی در شکل‌گیری روستاهای خلاق (موردمطالعه: شهرستان رشتخوار)

چکیده

روستاها، همواره مکانی برای ابداع، نوآوری و خلاقیت هستند. با ورود رویکرد سکونتگاه‌های خلاق در مناطق روستایی، می‌توان عدم تمرکز، خلاقیت نیروی انسانی، مشارکت همگانی، توسعه روستایی پایدار را در بطن جامعه روستایی نهادینه کرد. حکمروایی خوب روستایی، پیش‌شرطی برای رسیدن به موارد ذکرشده به شمار می‌رود. لذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل نقش مدیریت مبتنی بر حکمروایی خوب روستایی در توسعه سکونتگاه‌های خلاق در مناطق روستایی، روستاهای شهرستان رشتخوار انجام شده است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی است. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به دو صورت اسنادی و میدانی (پرسش‌نامه) در دو بخش حکمروایی خوب روستایی و شکل‌گیری سکونتگاه‌های خلاق انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل سرپرستان خانوار در روستاهای شهرستان رشتخوار بوده که بر اساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 377 خانوار محاسبه و به‌صورت تصادفی ساده توزیع شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک AHP، مدل تحلیلی سار، مدل ویکور، آزمون پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق مؤید آن است، حکمروایی خوب روستایی توانسته است به وجود آوردن روستاهای خلاق سطح کیفیت زندگی خانوارهای روستایی را تغییر دهد و کیفیت در حد مطلوب برای خانوارهایی که در مناطق روستایی زندگی می‌کنند به ارمغان بیاورد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که، از کل 377 خانوار موردبررسی، در 9/69 درصد از خانوارها، سطح حکمروایی خوب روستایی با‌توجه‌به سکونتگاه‌های خلاق نسبت به 10 سال گذشته افزایش‌یافته، در 5/19 درصد از خانوارهای بررسی‌شده، سطح حکمروایی خوب روستایی با‌توجه‌به سکونتگاه‌های خلاق در این محدوده زمانی کاهش‌یافته است.
