شناسایی پتانسیل‌ها و الزامات تولید شیر ارگانیک در نواحی روستایی و عشایری از دیدگاه کارشناسان بخش دامپروری استان اردبیل

چکیده

دامپروری ارگانیک استفاده توأم از تجربیات سنتی و اطلاعات علمی جدید برای کاهش مصرف سموم و مواد شیمیایی در تولید فرآورده‌های دامی ازجمله شیر ارگانیک است که این روزها به‌عنوان محصولات پرمخاطب در کشورهای اروپایی و برخی کشورهای آسیایی در دسترس مردم قرار دارد. هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر شناسایی پتانسیل‌ها و الزامات تولید شیر ارگانیک در نواحی روستایی و عشایری از دیدگاه کارشناسان بخش دامپروری استان اردبیل بوده و به روش توصیفی - همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارشناسان امور دام سازمان جهاد کشاورزی و شرکت‌های خدمات مشاوره‌ای دامپروری استان اردبیل تشکیل دادند (200= N) که تعداد 130 نفر بر اساس جدول نمونه‌گیری کرجیسی و مورگان تعیین شد برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید که روایی صوری آن توسط اساتید صاحب‌نظر و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (85/0 تا 94/0). نتایج تحقیق زمینه‌های مختلف اقتصادی، زیست‌محیطی، فنی، تولیدی و پتانسیل محصول را جهت تولید شیر ارگانیک شناسایی نمود. دیگر یافته‌ها، الزامات اجتماعی، اقتصادی، تحقیقاتی، قانونی، نهادی و آموزشی و اطلاع‌رسانی را در روند به‌کارگیری و ساماندهی زمینه‌های تولید شیر ارگانیک در استان نشان دادند. با توجه به نتایج، استان اردبیل زمینه‌های مستعدی برای تولیدات دامی ارگانیک من‌جمله شیر ارگانیک را دارد که مستلزم ایجاد زیرساخت‌هایی بنیادین در حیطه‌های مختلف است.
