شناسایی عوامل اثربخش بر توسعه گردشگری خلاق و تأثیر آن بر پایداری رفتار از دیدگاه گردشگران در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بروجن

چکیده

مقصدهای گردشگری روستایی به علت بهره‌مندی از قابلیت‌های متنوع طبیعی و انسانی می‌‌تواند به‌عنوان مقصدی خلاق محصولات و خدمات خلاق به گردشگران ارائه نماید. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل اثربخش بر توسعه گردشگری خلاق در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بروجن است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی مبتنی بر بررسی‌‌های میدانی است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 102 سؤال و جامعه آماری پژوهش گردشگران روستایی به تعداد 159000 نفر است. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 380 نفر برآورد و به روش تصادفی توزیع گردید. تحلیل‌‌های توصیفی و استنباطی با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌‌های آماری تی تک نمونه‌‌ای و تحلیل عاملی صورت گرفته است. همچنین مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری برای شناسایی رفتارهای پایدار و بررسی اثر گردشگری خلاق بر آن در نرم‌افزار AMOS مورداستفاده قرار گرفته است. نتایج رتبه‌بندی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه گردشگری خلاق در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بروجن بیشترین پتانسیل را با بار عاملی 90/0 به شاخص اطلاع‌رسانی و تبلیغات اختصاص داده است. رفتارهای پایدار گردشگران با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل عاملی در سه بعد عوامل فرهنگی، زیست‌محیطی و اقتصادی مشخص شده است که به ترتیب پایداری فرهنگی 9/33 درصد، پایداری اقتصادی 8/14 درصد و پایداری زیست‌محیطی 75/11 درصد رفتارهای پایدار گردشگران را تبیین نموده است. البته باید متذکر شد وجود زمینه‌های گردشگری خلاق در منطقه اثری بر بروز رفتارهای پایدار گردشگران روستایی نداشته است.
